Providing cover to the uncovered

This policy is designed to cover trekkers both foreigners and nationals trekking in Bhutan. This insurance policy provides covers to the insured person during the period of insurance sustaining any bodily injury resulting solely and directly from accident caused by violent, external and visible means.
For Bhutanese citizens: Covers accidental death and injury to Bhutanese tour and travel operators for their guides and local staff with 24 hours personal accident cover for 365 days whilst trekking.

For Foreigners: Covers foreign tourists against personal accident, medical and evacuation expenses due to accidents and also related risks like frost bite high altitude sickness.
